Critical Dimensions
Identify dimensions and tolerances that drive function and fit.
Quality & Inspection
Define the dimensions, materials, finishes and documentation that matter. Inspection is planned against the approved requirement.
Quality Planning
The stronger the specification, the clearer the manufacturing and inspection plan.
Identify dimensions and tolerances that drive function and fit.
Use a coherent datum structure where geometric control matters.
Specify alloy, grade, temper and documentation requirements.
Define coating, color, texture and cosmetic expectations.
State whether dimensional reports, samples or other records are required.
Call out protective packaging or handling requirements for sensitive surfaces.
Documentation
Inspection and certification documents are project-specific and should be included in the RFQ. Depending on the requirement, this may include dimensional inspection records, material certificates, finish documentation or production photographs.
Important: Metavro does not claim a certification or regulatory approval unless it is explicitly confirmed for the applicable manufacturing source and project.
Quality FAQ
Yes. Include certificate requirements in the RFQ so availability and cost can be confirmed before order placement.
Yes. Specify which characteristics or reporting format are required. Scope and sampling should be agreed before production.
Group credentials are summarized on the About page. The applicable certificate holder, manufacturing source, validity and scope should be confirmed against your project requirements before ordering.
Mark cosmetic zones and define acceptance criteria wherever visual appearance is important. Photos alone are not a substitute for a written standard.
