Frequently Asked Questions

What Customers Usually Need to Know.

Can I upload drawings directly through the quote form?

The quote form accepts a secure file-sharing link, rather than a direct attachment. Share a Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox link with appropriate viewing access. If files need an NDA or restricted access, contact Metavro before sharing.

What information should I include in an RFQ?

Include CAD files, drawing revision, quantity, material, surface finish, inspection or documentation requirements and the requested delivery location/date.

Can I send both CNC and sheet metal parts in one project?

Yes. Identify each part and quantity clearly. Assemblies should include the applicable BOM and assembly drawing where relevant.

Do you offer instant pricing?

The current site uses reviewed quotations rather than an automated instant-pricing engine. This helps capture tolerance, finish, inspection and sourcing requirements that affect the manufacturing plan.

Where are parts manufactured?

The group factory sites listed on our Contact page are in Shenzhen and Dongguan, China. The manufacturing source for a specific part and its shipping arrangements are confirmed during quotation.

Can I request a confidentiality agreement?

Yes. Discuss confidentiality requirements before sharing sensitive technical files. Use secure file-sharing methods appropriate for your organization.

What happens after I submit an RFQ?

The project information is reviewed for completeness and manufacturability questions. The quotation should state key commercial and manufacturing assumptions before order approval.

Can you support repeat orders?

Yes. Stable drawings and requirements can be handled as repeat orders, subject to updated material availability, pricing and lead-time confirmation.

What certifications do you hold?

The About page lists group facility credentials, including ISO 9001:2015 and TÜV Rheinland, and RoHS compliance for relevant products. Certificate holders, validity and scope must match the manufacturing source and project requirements; include any required documents in your quote request.
